Neopost Shortlisted for 7 Call Centre Awards

The London and South East Contact Centre Forum provides a regional Operations user group for an area that is home to over 1,000 Contact/Call & Customer Service Centres. It has been created in response to a growing demand, allowing operational managers to meet formally with their peers, review and discuss key challenges and hear how other organisations are responding to business demands.
In 2012, Neopost won awards for Best Use of Technology and New Contact Centre Sector Employee of the Year. For 2013, Neopost has been shortlisted for the following awards:
