Tunstall Americas Grand Opening Event for New Data and Operations Center in Pawtucket, Rhode Island

The opening marks an important milestone in the growth of Rhode Island's healthcare technology business sector, and the result of close cooperation between Tunstall Americas, the City of Pawtucket, and the State of Rhode Island. Multiple state and city agencies and departments have collaborated to make this relocation a reality.

The contact, data, and operations center is a state-of-the-art facility featuring high-speed and redundant communications infrastructure, industry leading telephony platform from Avaya, full disaster recovery model, and the highest security capability.

The 85,000 square foot office will support 24/7 operations 365 days/year. The center will employ 250 Rhode Island-based employees as call center operators and medical support staff.
