iLOOKABOUT Corp. Announces Issuance of Common Shares to Settle Unpaid Dividends
(firmenpresse) - LONDON, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/09/13 -- iLOOKABOUT Corp. (TSX VENTURE: ILA) ("iLOOKABOUT" or "the Company") announced today that the Company has now issued 141,323 Common Shares to settle $23,320 of accrued but unpaid dividends on its Series 1 Preference Shares, as previously disclosed in a news release issued by the Company on April 2, 2013. All of these Common Shares are subject to a hold period expiring August 5, 2013.
