Calloway Announces Appointment of New Trustee
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/09/13 -- Calloway Real Estate Investment Trust ("Calloway") (TSX: CWT.UN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Garry Foster as an independent member of its Board of Trustees, effective May 1, 2013 to fill the vacancy resulting from the resignation of Mr. Al Mawani. He will also serve as the interim chair of Calloway's Audit Committee. Mr. Foster, who has over thirty-five years of industry experience, most recently served as Vice Chairman of Deloitte where he supported a number of large retail and technology companies.
Mr. Mitchell Goldhar, a Trustee of Calloway, owner of over a 20% holding in Calloway units and SmartCentres said, "On behalf of Calloway's Board, we would like to welcome Garry to the Board of Trustees and to again thank Mr. Mawani for his eight years of dedicated service to Calloway."
