These certifications took effect last November 20, 2012, which means that Aruze Gaming's Quality Management System, Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System have been objectively evaluated and conformed to the worldwide standards for product and process consistency, as well as continuous improvement. To date, Aruze Gaming America is the first gaming company to be certified by TÜV Rheinland® under Integrated Management Systems. The ISO 9001 certification of compliance recognizes that the policies, trainings, services and procedures that are provided by Aruze Gaming for better customer satisfaction, staff motivation and continual improvement are consistent and with quality. Furthermore, ISO 14001 maps out a framework that sets up an effective environmental management system, which is periodically reviewed by ISO. This means that Aruze Gaming has a systematic approach in terms of handling issues and concerns about the environment. And finally, Occupational Health, Safety and Standard (OHSAS) recognizes Aruze Gaming's way of promoting a safe and healthy working environment that consistently helps identify and control health and safety risks; reduce the potential for accidents and aid legislative compliance to improve over-all performance. Aruze Gaming received these three certifications after rigorous evaluation by TÜV Rheinland®, a global leader in independent inspection services. The assessment includes evaluations in two stages conducted by a team of auditors with individual experiences of more than 10 years.
