CNH Announces Results of 2013 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
(firmenpresse) - BURR RIDGE, IL -- (Marketwired) -- 04/05/13 -- CNH Global N.V. announced that at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, held today in The Netherlands, the Company's shareholders, among other things, adopted the Company's annual accounts for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012, approved the Board of Directors' proposal to not issue a dividend and re-elected all of the existing directors.
Shareholders also authorized the Board to resolve on any future issue of shares and granting of rights thereto for a period of five years.
