(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/03/13 -- Premium Income Corporation (TSX: PIC.A)(TSX: PIC.PR.A) has declared quarterly distributions payable on April 30, 2013 to shareholders of record on April 15, 2013, ex-dividend date of April 11, 2013, in the following amounts per share:
To the extent that any portion of the distributions are ordinary taxable dividends and not capital gains dividends, they will be eligible dividends.
