Laboratories, Inc. / USA will exchange views on augmenting the sales process to enhance revenue. Secondly, Mr. Weiss will initiate creating a strategy that gives sales something new and innovative, setting them apart from the competition. What is more, Mr. Weiss explains how providing a choice for the sales force to be successful gets them invested in the program and highlights the use of a technology to give the sales force something that they need to create a sale. Mr. Weiss will sum up his performance with tips on how to utilize training to get the sales force ready for the full spectrum of customer engagement.
Joerg Knochenhauer, Head of Proximity & Web Application Center, KONE GmbH / Germany, covers a topic about Field force Automation – Empowering the Mobile Workforce with KONE Field Mobility. Additionally, Mr. Knochenhauer will enlighten how to agree with the business stakeholder on the nonfunctional requirements (SLA ). Followed with an overview of how to set up the infrastructure and service delivery to meet the business requirements. Finally, the issue of how to manage the entire lifecycle of the solution will be treated.
