DDS Wireless' Taxi Unit Announces $1.5 Million Order for the Largest Taxi Operator in Europe
(firmenpresse) - RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/02/13 -- DDS Wireless International Inc. ("DDS" or "the Company") (TSX: DD) announced today that its Taxi business unit, Digital Dispatch Systems, has accepted a significant order from Taxis G7 of Paris, France for the Company's Vector 9000™ mobile data computers. The order has a value of $1.5 million and will be delivered during the 2013 Fiscal Year.
One of the largest taxi operators in Europe with more than 6,500 taxis in Paris, Taxis G7 is one of several leading European taxi companies that rely on DDS fleet management technologies to optimize their operations. Taxis G7 has been a DDS customer since 2001 and has purchased the MC 1700, MC 1790, iPilot 9000 and Vector 9000 and other software products in the past. This order supports the ongoing upgrade of previous generation DDS mobile data computers and fleet expansion and collectively we will have shipped over 12,000 units.

All figures are in Canadian Dollars. This deal was part of the existing guidance and forecast for 2013.
