(NASDAQ: DCOM) (the "Company"), the parent company of The Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh ("Dime"), today announced that the Company expects to release its earnings for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 after the close of the U.S. equity markets on Thursday, April 25, 2013.
The Company (NASDAQ: DCOM) had $3.91 billion in consolidated assets as of December 31, 2012, and is the parent company of Dime.
