Ternium Announces Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

(NYSE: TX) announced today that its annual general meeting of shareholders will be held on Thursday May 2, 2013, at 2:30 p.m. (Luxembourg time) at 29, avenue de la Porte-Neuve, L-2227, Luxembourg. Each holder of Ternium ADSs as of April 1, 2013, shall be entitled to instruct The Bank of New York Mellon, the depositary bank, as to the exercise of the voting rights pertaining to the shares represented by such holder's ADSs.
The Notice and Agenda for the meeting, the Shareholder Meeting Brochure and Proxy Statement and the Company's 2012 annual report (which includes the Company's consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2012 and 2011 and for the years ended December 31, 2012, 2011 and 2010, and the Company's annual accounts as of December 31, 2012, together with the board of directors' and the independent auditors' reports thereon) are available on our website at .
