Infinera Announces Internet Availability of 2013 Annual Meeting Proxy Materials
(firmenpresse) - SUNNYVALE, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/29/13 -- Infinera (NASDAQ: INFN) today announced that the proxy materials for its 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders are now available via the Internet in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Commission's Notice and Access rule. By implementing the Notice and Access rule, Infinera lowers the cost of producing and mailing its Annual Meeting materials and reduces the environmental impact of the Annual Meeting.
Infinera stockholders as of the March 20, 2013 record date for the Annual Meeting will be mailed a "Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials," which will provide the Internet web site address where the proxy materials can be viewed and shares can be voted. It will also include instructions for requesting a paper copy of the proxy materials via telephone, Internet website or email. For stockholders not entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting, Infinera's annual report and proxy statement can also be viewed on the company's website at: .
