Intergraph(R) CAU2013 Express Event in London on CADWorx(R), CAESAR II(R), and PV Elite(R) Achieves Rating of 'Excellent' From Client Participants
(firmenpresse) - HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 03/27/13 -- The Intergraph CADWorx & Analysis University (CAU) Express event in London, UK on March 19, 2013 drew 26 client representatives from the plant design and engineering analysis sectors with 67% of them rating the combined educational tracks as excellent. CAU2013 Express is a series of one-day plant-focused learning experiences designed to help designers, engineers, and other stakeholders improve their knowledge and skills and enhance their organizations' productivity.
CADWorx 3D topics include spec building; plant models, P&IDs, and isometric drawings; and point clouds for producing as-built models. The CADWorx 2D track includes P&IDs for downstream and information sharing with instrumentation and electrical and instrumentation deliverables. CAESAR II pipe analysis and design topics cover spring supports, interface customization, and buried pipe. PV Elite vessel design topics include API 579 Fitness for Service, vessel openings, and effects of creep in design. Other CAU2013 Express events during March were in Johannesburg, South Africa and Dubai, UAE. Upcoming CAU2013 Express events will be in Yokohama, Japan on April 23; Beijing, China on April 25-26; Seoul, South Korea on April 30; and Singapore on May 2, 2013.
