Efficient logistics and production processes with mobile weighing systems
(firmenpresse) - The LKE Group - makers of transport equipment - will be demonstrating its range of transport and handling equipment for in-house applications at this year’s POWTECH which is being held from 23 to 25 April.
The best possible logistic and production processes can only be achieved if the means used have been specifically designed to meet the customer’s requirement and needs.
The mobile lifters with integrated scales made by LKE goods weigh, count, meter, formulate, fill, print, document and transport good easily and safely. No matter whether the task be simple, individual or challenging – LKA can supply exactly the right mobile forklift scales to do the job! The customer can choose between steel or stainless steel, powder-coated or electro-polished versions.
High-precision construction and an advanced level of technical know-how allow LKE to provide versatile weighing solutions. The multi-function, legal for trade ROBUSTO forklift scales feature suspended weighing cells to ensure repeat weighing accuracy and provide flexibility and reliability in daily use in the logistics and production sector. All products meet the GMP, QHD and HACCP standards.
All of these advantages are best recognized in the ROBUSTO PRIMA. This forklift scale can not only completely replace platform scales but offers in addition numerous functions which will significantly optimize material flow in processes. The long service life of the battery chargers – approximately 40 hours (without the printer) allows flexible work and with the 20 mm back-lit display the operator can read off the weight at any time. The weighing range lies between 10 to 2000 kg, underclearance is 90 mm and the lift 110 mm. Numerous options are available including a tender, foot-operated locking brake, tandem rollers or an integrated strip printer.
The ROBUSTO COMFORT is the ideal solution for challenging jobs. Not only does it have various interfaces for connecting printers, EDP, Ethernet or WLAN but is excellently suited to handle extra functions such as metering or filling operations. The slewable terminal with its dust-protected, alphanumerical membrane keyboard means ergonomic operation with the display always in view. The battery charger can be simply removed and replaced through the housing door. Underclearance, lift and weighing range are identical with those of the ROBUSTO PRIMA:The tender which protects the weighing cells is a standard feature of this design. A foot-operated locking brake, an integrated strip printer, replacement battery and remote indication are also available as options.
The ROBUSTO COMFORT EX is suitable for deployment in EX-environments and is approved for use in the zones 1, 2, 21 and 22 and EX-class: II 2G IIC T4, II, 2D T50° and -10° C Ta +40° C. It is ideal for use in multi-shift operations. As with all other ROBUSTO forklift scales, the battery charger can be simply removed and replaced via the housing door. Non-marking wheels, foot-operated locking brakes and replacement batteries are optionally available.
For individual jobs in a logistics or production process, the ROBUSTO ULTRA is the ideal forklift scales. The ULTRA with WLAN is freely programmable so that complex operations can be configured to provide a trouble-free flow of material and data. Moreover, The LKE ULTRA forklift scales can be deployed where wireless coverage is not optimal because all of the data are buffered until there is a connection to the higher level computer. Only then, are customer-specific data transferred.
Underclearance, lift and weighing range are identical with those of the ROBUSTO PRIMA: The tender which protects the weighing cells and a slewable housing are standard features of this design. There are also many options available for the ROBUSTO ULTRA
All of the LKE mobile forklift scales are available can be supplied fitted with displays from Mettler Toledo or Systec. Other providers can be named on request. That means the LKE forklift scales can be optimally adapted to the customer’s system environment to simplify operations and reduce time and money for maintenance.
