EDP Renewables North America to Showcase Appian Worksocial

Stephan Blasilli, Corporate Development and Sustainability at EDP Renewables, will highlight the intelligent business process aspects and collaboration features of his company's Appian deployment. The presentation, part of Appian's Solution Provider Session, takes place Tuesday, April 2 at 3:15pm in the Potomac A room.
EDP Renewables, a clean energy company with 29 geographically-dispersed wind farms in North America, uses Appian for its Wind Turbine Issue Management System. Technicians feed complex turbine case data into the system from remote sites. Intelligent processes and real-time text mining determine issue priority and solution tasks. Technicians in the field and support at HQ then use Appian's simple social interface to collaborate on next steps in real-time.
