Millican brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Xact Data Discovery, including proven leadership and business management skills to help the company carry on its recent track record of growth and success in Kansas City, throughout the United States and internationally.
Millican is a veteran and recognized expert in the field of information and records management with nearly 40 years of experience in various hands-on roles and consulting positions. He joined XDD after more than 13 years working as a consultant and advisor, which included his tenure with Media Services, a full-service records management company in Kansas City helping clients successfully govern their records.
From 2005 to 2009 Millican served as director of information technology and standards with ARMA International, where he and his team provided the overall leadership, guidance and management for ARMA's technological developments and advancements. He also served ARMA as a subject matter expert for the development of a wide variety of professional resources for the information and records management industryBefore working with ARMA, Millican spent several years as a records and information management consultant, prior to which he served as records manager for the law firm Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP.
