("BioExx" or the "Company") (TSX: BXI), announced today that it will release its financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2012 following the close of markets on Monday, April 1, 2013. Management will host a conference call on Tuesday, April 2 at 8:30 a.m. (Eastern Time) to review the financial results.
The Company's progress towards completion of a strategic partner transaction has continued throughout the first quarter of 2013, and the Company looks forward to discussing this on its conference call.
