Era Helicopters Reports Accident
(firmenpresse) - LAKE CHARLES, LA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/15/13 -- Era Helicopters, LLC is responding to an accident involving an S-76A++ helicopter that occurred near Lake Charles, Louisiana at approximately 11:45 a.m. today.
Initial reports indicate there were no survivors, and the investigation of the accident is ongoing. "We deeply regret this unfortunate accident and we will use all of our resources to support the families of those involved. Our review will continue in concert with the investigation by the National Transportation Safety Board, which has jurisdiction over this matter," said Era Helicopters CEO, Sten Gustafson.
