Sentry Select Primary Metals Corp. confirms its distribution (TSX: PME)
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 03/14/13 -- The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Sentry Select Primary Metals Corp. (TSX: PME) (the "Corporation") announces that it has reviewed the Corporation's distribution payout in the context of the current environment for gold mining equities. The Corporation's manager, Sentry Investments Inc. (the "Manager"), has provided the Board a detailed review of the Corporation's portfolio along with the Manager's view on the fundamentals for gold and gold mining equities. As a result of this review, the Board has decided to maintain the distribution at $0.09 a share per month for the foreseeable future.
It is the intention of the Board to reevaluate from time to time the Corporation's distribution in the context of portfolio return expectations and to make changes to the distribution when the Board feels such changes represent a net benefit to shareholders.
