mHealth Capital Corp. Announces Termination of Sponsorship and Withdrawal of Proposed Qualifying Transaction
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/13/13 -- mHealth Capital Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: DOC.P), a capital pool company, announces that further to its press release of January 17, 2012 in relation to the Corporation's proposed qualifying transaction by the acquisition of certain specified assets owned by Heltheo, Inc., a U.S. (Illinois) corporation (the "Proposed QT") and the Corporation's engagement letter with Leede Financial Markets Inc. ("Leede"), Leede has terminated its sponsorship of the Proposed QT. Also, in that the Corporation has been unable to obtain a commitment for financing which would close concurrently with the closing of the Proposed QT, the Corporation will not be proceeding with the Proposed QT.
The Corporation intends to identify and evaluate other businesses or assets with a view to completing a Qualifying Transaction pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"). Any potential transaction will be subject to the approval of the Exchange and there is no assurance that a Qualifying Transaction will be completed.
The Common Shares of the Corporation are expected to resume trading on the Exchange on or about March 15, 2013.
