Over the last decade, coffee lovers have learned to love the simplicity of , but have hated the mud in the bottom of the cup, breaking glass carafes, and coffee that cools too quickly. Like a traditional , the is a full immersion brewer. The difference is in the innovative ESPRO™ filtration system, which consists of a patent-pending double filter that is 9-12 times finer than a common . Small and Large sized presses are available for purchase in regional specialty retailers. The Medium Press is available for pre-order via Kickstarter - - with expected distribution in June 2013.
