(firmenpresse) - BENSALEM, PA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/11/13 -- (PINKSHEETS: GYTI), a high performance industrial process technology company, announced today that it has engaged its auditors, Freed Maxick CPAs, P.C., to provide it with audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2012. Upon the receipt of those statements the Company intends to prepare and file a Form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to become a reporting company with the SEC.
