Rodizio Grill was the first Brazilian steakhouse, or churrascaria, to serve U.S. customers starting in 1995. Originating in Colorado, founder Ivan Utrera brought this popular Brazilian concept, along with cherished family recipes, from his hometown of São Paulo, Brazil.
