TeraXion Announces the Acquisition of COGO Optronics Inc Canadian Subsidiary
(firmenpresse) - QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC and OTTAWA, ONTARIO and BOULDER, COLORADO -- (Marketwire) -- 03/06/13 -- TeraXion, a leader in optical components and modules, is pleased to announce the acquisition of COGO Optronics Canadian Subsidiary along with critical intellectual property assets. Woodside Capital Partners acted as the exclusive advisers to this transaction.
