Early Warning Report Issued Pursuant to National Instrument 62-103 Acquisition of Shares of Gatorz Inc.
(firmenpresse) - SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/05/13 -- This press release is being disseminated as required by National Instrument 62-103 - The Early Warning System and Related Take Over Bids and Insider Reporting Issues - in connection with the filing of an early warning report (the "Early Warning Report") regarding the acquisition of common shares of Gatorz Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GTZ) ("Gatorz"). Mr. Daniel Fefferman of 5612 Ashland Avenue, San Diego, California 92120 has acquired, through a private transaction, 7,500,000 common shares in the capital of Gatorz (the "Shares"), representing 14.95% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Gatorz. Daniel Fefferman agreed to acquire the Shares for an aggregate purchase price of $63,939.
Upon completion of the acquisition, Daniel Fefferman, who had no prior shareholdings in Gatorz, now owns or controls 7,500,000 common shares of Gatorz, representing 14.95% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Gatorz.
Daniel Fefferman purchased the shares for investment purposes and may purchase additional shares of Gatorz on the open market, by private agreement or otherwise subject to their availability at attractive prices, market conditions, applicable laws and other relevant factors.
Daniel Fefferman intends to file a report describing the above transaction with applicable regulators, a copy of which shall be promptly sent to anyone who requests it from the person noted below.
