Fall Event Lands at Two of New York's Esteemed Venues, Unveils Logo
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 03/04/13 -- NYC Television Week, the annual, multi-event celebration of the television industry taking place October 28th through 31st, has named the two venues that will house the networking events, conferences, seminars and exhibits that make up this can't-miss experience. NYC Television Week, produced by NewBay Media, publishers of Broadcasting & Cable and Multichannel News, kicks off on October 28th at the legendary Waldorf Astoria Hotel for a networking breakfast taking place prior to the evening's B&C Hall of Fame and then continues at the Metropolitan Pavilion for the remainder of the week.
The Waldorf Astoria is a landmark luxury New York City hotel and is located in Midtown on the famous Park Ave. An official New York City landmark since 1993, the Art Deco property occupies an entire city block of prime, mid-town Manhattan real estate. The hotel is within walking distance of Fifth Avenue Shops, The Museums, Rockefeller Center, the Theater District, Central Park, and Times Square.
The Metropolitan Pavilion, located in the historic Chelsea section of Manhattan, may not have the Waldorf's long history, but it has become one of the city's premier event spaces. Easily accessible to all of New York City locations via Subway and taxi, the Metropolitan Pavilion plays host to over one hundred high-profile events annually, including CE Week, Ad Age Digital Conference, and Internet Week.
