(firmenpresse) - SAGINAW, MI -- (Marketwire) -- 03/01/13 -- HPIL Holding (the "Company") (OTCQB: HPIL) is pleased to announce that on February 22, 2013, the Company granted to its wholly owned subsidiary, HPIL HEALTHCARE INC., an exclusive license to use the patents relating to the "Massage Vibrator for the Relief of Aches and Pain" (the "Patents"), for the production, use, or sale of the resulting products throughout the covered territory. The name of the initial product utilizing the Patents is "IFLOR, Stimulating Massage Device," which the Company has authorized HPIL HEALTHCARE INC. to develop, industrialize and manufacture. The invention "Massage Vibrator for the Relief of Aches and Pain" garnered the gold medal in the 32nd Salon for Inventions in Geneva, Switzerland.
