Solutions4CO2 Inc. Announces Grant of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 03/01/13 -- Solutions4CO2 Inc. ("S4CO2" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: SFC) announces that the Board of Directors has approved, effective February 22, 2013, the grant of 100,000 stock options (the "Options") to RG Management Services Inc., a company providing management and administrative services to S4CO2. The Options are exercisable into common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.16, vesting quarterly over the next twelve months and have a ten-year term to expiry.
