An ISO 9001 certified company, Modern Mold and Tool Inc. maintains a 40,000 square foot facility and an expansive team of toolmakers and engineers who design and manufacture complex molds while meeting close tolerance requirements.
The Design Engineering department creates large complex molds that produce millions of parts per year as well as small prototype molds with low production requirements. The tooling department builds prototype and production injection molds using the most modern design and mold-making equipment available.
The company's 25 specialized mold makers are trained in multiple disciplines, working with a full complement of state-of-the-art CNC equipment. The injection molding facility contains 26 presses ranging in size from 15 to 300 tons. Services range from Initial Qualification (IQ), First Article Inspection, Optimal Quality Range (OQ), Processing Qualification (PQ), Gate Freeze Analysis, to Scientific Molding.
The company's Control Print Archive contains copies of customers' updated drawings and files. Additional services include assembly, finishing work, pad printing, silk screening, labeling, and sonic welding.
