CGI's acquisition of Logica earns two 2012 Canadian Dealmakers Awards

The award was presented by the Canadian Dealmakers during its gala last evening in Toronto.
The Information Technology Industry Award recognizes the most outstanding transaction that has benefited its industry by promoting innovation and growth, establishing M&A best practices, enhancing customer service and/or product delivery or creating value that extends beyond a return on investment. The Foreign Outbound - Global Award is presented to the company whose transformational deal further enhances a Canadian champion on the world stage.
