Citadel Income Fund Appoints Vestcap Investment Management as Investment Manager
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/26/13 -- Citadel Income Fund (TSX: CTF.UN) (the "Fund") today announced the appointment of Vestcap Investment Management Inc. ("Vestcap") as investment manager of the Fund effective April 25, 2013, replacing Jarislowky, Fraser Limited.
Founded in 1988, Vestcap is a Toronto-based portfolio management firm whose principals have extensive experience in managing both equity and fixed income portfolios with a particular focus on large-capitalization North American securities and balanced portfolios. No changes to the Fund's investment objectives or strategies are anticipated.
