Gatorz Inc. Announces Changes to Its Board of Directors
(firmenpresse) - SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/25/13 -- Gatorz Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GTZ) ("Gatorz") announced today that Mark Alden, Chairman of the Board of Directors has resigned for personal reasons. The Board and Company wish to thank Mr. Alden for his service and wish him well in his future endeavors. Mr. Mike DiAnna will assume the role as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee.
The Board also announces the appointment of Mr. Mark Di Cristofaro to the Gatorz Board. Mr. Di Cristofaro is the President of LUAD Group which is an advisory firm to Consumer Brands.
