Edwin F. Feo Joins Coronal Management LLC as COO and Managing Director
A Pioneer in Energy Development and Finance, Mr. Feo Will Head the Company's Development Initiatives
(firmenpresse) - BOULDER, CO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/25/13 -- Coronal Management LLC, the manager of the Coronal New Energy Fund, announced that Edwin F. Feo has joined its team as COO and managing director. Mr. Feo will oversee Coronal's development efforts and maintains the firm's developer relationships. Coronal delivers a complete financial and asset management solution, and the first truly comprehensive life-cycle project solution -- from development and construction to financing and maintenance -- for solar photovoltaic (PV) systems up to 20 MW.

Mr. Feo is a pioneer in renewable energy development and finance and a respected authority in the industry. He leads an ongoing dialogue on renewable energy by chairing or speaking at top industry and business conferences. Mr. Feo was named one of the "Five Most Influential People in Renewable Energy" by Euromoney/Institutional Investor.

Prior to Coronal, Mr. Feo co-chaired the Global Project Finance practice at the international law firm of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, LLP, where he spearheaded the development of one of the first law firm practice groups devoted to renewable energy. Under his leadership, the group closed more than 200 renewable energy transactions for more than $35 billion in capital.
Mr. Feo was a co-founder of USRG Renewable Finance, which has arranged the senior debt financing for 375 MW of rooftop solar PV projects. Highly active in the industry, Mr. Feo serves on the boards of several companies engaged in the financing of renewable energy and energy efficiency systems.
Mr. Feo holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles-School of Law.
