Bleacher Sales Company (BETCO) Completes Repurchase of Minority Interests
(firmenpresse) - HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 02/15/13 -- Bleacher Sales Company, also known as , completed the repurchase of all of its minority ownership interest in a transaction that was completed in December 2012. The closing of this transaction also marked the termination of all pending litigation involving the company instituted by its minority shareholders. Jay Rosen continues to serve the company as its president and CEO, with Stavis Gilbreath acting as its chairman.
