Completed in September 2012, the smarthouse provides 18,800 square meters for offices, as well as 2,500 square meters of retail and catering space. The seven-story building that runs along St.-Martin-Strasse, to the corner of St.-Cajetan-Strasse, has six separate addresses, each with their own entrance areas.
