Avaya Receives Lender Consent Under Credit Facilities

(the "Company") today announced that Citibank N.A., and Citicorp USA, Inc., the administrative agents under the Company's senior secured credit facilities, received on behalf of the Company the requisite consents of lenders under its senior secured credit facilities to certain amendments to those agreements (the "Amendments") to permit the Company to complete the debt exchange offer the Company announced on February 1, 2013. The Amendments are expected to become effective on or about February 13, 2013.
