Acquisition of Five-L Equipment Ltd in Winnipeg, Manitoba
(firmenpresse) - VICTORIAVILLE, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 02/07/13 -- The Sani Marc Group, through its subsidiary Wood Wyant, announces today it has acquired Five-L Equipment Ltd. in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Like Wood Wyant, Five-L Equipment Ltd. specializes in the distribution of sanitation products and equipment. This acquisition will help Sani Marc reinforce its national positioning in healthcare, education, industrial markets, building services contractor, amongst others.
"Five-L Equipment, a major player in the Winnipeg area, has experienced strong growth in recent years and will help Wood Wyant positioned itself as a leader in the province of Manitoba", says Mr. Pierre Goudreault, President of the Sani Marc Group.
