Del Taco Opens in Grand Junction
(firmenpresse) - LAKE FOREST, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/21/13 -- On Wednesday, Jan. 23, Colorado's Western Slope will welcome the area's first Del Taco.
Located at 2513 US 50 in Grand Junction next to the Rimrock shopping center, the new Del Taco will be open 24 hours and employ more than 60 people.
This is the first of about a dozen locations planned by HB Mason of Rocky Mountain Del LLC, including 2-3 locations in Grand Junction and about 10 locations throughout the western slope of Colorado and into New Mexico.
"My family has loved the taste of Del Taco's freshly prepared food for years, and we are excited to bring Del Taco to Grand Junction and the western slopes of Colorado," said HB Mason.
Mason, who grew up with the brand in Southern California, couldn't wait until the opening to start serving Del Taco's great tasting food. As part of the restaurant's training process, employees prepared food and provided it to Homeward Bound, a homeless shelter on North Street in Grand Junction.
Del Taco's menu features something for every appetite with signature tastes and great value. This includes Del Taco's variety of freshly prepared Mexican menu items such as tacos, burritos, and quesadillas as well as American favorites such as cooked-to-order burgers made with fresh beef patties, crinkle-cut fries and handmade shakes.
All menu items are made to order using fresh ingredients such as cheddar cheese grated fresh daily from 40 pound blocks, hand-made salsa, beans slow-cooked from scratch and marinated chicken grilled in our kitchens every day. Del Taco also serves breakfast featuring a full line of breakfast burritos.
