("Odesia") (TSX VENTURE: ODS) (the "Common Shares") for a total consideration of $122,349.80. This decrease represents 2.88% of the Common Shares issued and outstanding as of January 17, 2013.
As of this day, and after giving effect to the alienation of his 1,094,000 Common Shares, Eric Leboeuf holds, directly and indirectly, 3,679,500 Common Shares. Eric Leboeuf currently holds 9.68% of the Common Shares issued and outstanding as of January 17, 2013.
The Common Shares of Odesia are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol ODS.
