Black Diamond Completes Australian Acquisition
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/18/13 -- Black Diamond Group Limited (TSX: BDI) ("Black Diamond") announced today that, effective January 1, 2013, it has completed the acquisition of 90 percent of the modular rental business and 20 percent of the modular building manufacturing business of Australian Portable Buildings Pty. Ltd. on terms consistent with those previously announced by Black Diamond on December 21, 2012.
