(NYSE: CMRE), announced today that it will release its results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2012 after the market closes in New York on Wednesday, January 23, 2013. Following the earnings release, on the following day, Thursday, January 24, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. EST, Costamare's management team will hold a conference call to discuss the financial results.
