Securiguard Is Selected as the Preferred Security Provider for the City of Vancouver
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/15/13 -- Securiguard is pleased to announce that it has been selected as the preferred security provider to the City of Vancouver. Securiguard will provide security management services for the Vancouver Public Library (VPL), the Community Services Group (CSG), Vancouver Fire and Rescue (VFRS), Vancouver Parks Board (VPB), City Engineering, select parking lots as well as Business Planning and Services offices.

Services provided to the City will include on site security and customer service officers, bike patrols of select outdoor areas including parking lots, and continuous 24/7 response and patrolling by Securiguard's Vancouver-based mobile fleet.
Securiguard staff are clearly recognizable by their yellow and black, high visibility jackets. Contract startup will begin on February 1.
