(TSX VENTURE: OEL) reports the departure of Mr. William Evaroa as Chief Financial Officer of Octant Energy Corp. and all its subsidiaries. Chris McLean will assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer as the company commences a search for permanent candidate.
