GS Enviroservices Acquires Controlling Interest in the Popular Green Community Web Portal

Recently acquired by GS Enviroservices, Inc. (OTCQB: GSEN), San Diego Loves Green is managed by a team of dedicated members of the region's green community and offers an expanded green business directory.
Originally launched in 2008, San Diego Loves Green was San Diego's first online portal to connect residents to local green businesses and the global environmental movement. The redesigned website features news about green technologies, sustainable business ventures, environmental issues affecting the planet, the latest in scientific research, and tips on green living. The website will also maintain a comprehensive directory of green companies and services and offer mobile access through a free app.

Dawn Parker-Waites founded San Diego Loves Green four years ago and, after selling controlling interest in the website to GS Enviroservices, Inc., will stay on as a consultant and will continue to play a role in developing the site's content. Roy Hales, one of GS Enviroservices Directors who has written between 300-350 articles, steps in as the website's new editor.
