Tiscali Selects Sigma Systems Service Management Platform for Mobile Service Provisioning

Tiscali and Sigma worked together to deploy Sigma's SMP platform to enable Tiscali to have more flexibility and control over the delivery of its services than with its previous solution. The Sigma and Tiscali teams collaborated on the integration of the SMP platform with Tiscali's network, and provided the tools and training that its IT teams needed to ensure that the migration of the operator's mobile subscribers to the Sigma platform was seamless. This approach and implementation will ensure that Tiscali has the ability to easily expand its service offerings over time.

Sigma's Customer Enablement team works with communications service providers (CSPs) to extend its service management platform and solutions portfolio, leveraging it service creation toolkits and integration frameworks to define, implement and re-use IP service building blocks across various network and application domains. Its Customer Enablement teams also ensure that CSP's IT and SI partners have the tools, training and resources they need to manage the platform, add new services and optimize service fulfillment automation. This offers CSPs more control over their infrastructure while accelerating time-to-market for new revenue-generating services.
