(NASDAQ: DCOM) (the "Company"), the parent company of The Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh ("Dime"), today announced that the Company expects to release its earnings for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2012 after the close of the U.S. equity markets on Thursday, January 24, 2013.
The Company (NASDAQ: DCOM) had $3.95 billion in consolidated assets as of September 30, 2012, and is the parent company of Dime.
