Radiant Announces Suspension Of Trading Of Its Securities
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 01/08/13 -- Radiant Energy Corporation, (TSX VENTURE: RDT) ("Radiant") announced that the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") suspended trading in the Company's securities, effective December 27, 2012, as a result of the Company's failure to maintain the Exchange requirement of a minimum of three Directors. Reinstatement can occur only at such time that the Exchange has concluded a reinstatement review to ensure the Company has satisfactorily complied with all Exchange requirements.
