Consulting Central & Brokerage Inc. is owned and operated by Joseph ("Joe D") Digesare, a well-known and highly respected consultant and broker in the food industry. His company provides consulting and brokerage services for Convenience Stores, Distribution companies and manufactures. With LiveWire, Joe D. and his team will concentrate on the wholesale and convenience stores industries throughout Texas, the largest convenience store market in the USA.
