Digital First Media Announces Retirement of Andy Mick From New England Newspapers, Inc.

Andy Mick has served as President of New England Newspapers -- which includes in Berkshire County, Mass.; in North Adams, Mass.; in Bennington, Vt.; in Brattleboro, Vt.; in Manchester, Vt.; and in Williamstown, Mass. -- for 13 years. Andy Mick previously worked for the New York Times Regional Newspaper Group before joining MediaNews Group in 1990.
"For the past 13 years I have been blessed by life in the Berkshires and my association with the hundreds of co-workers throughout the New England Newspaper group. In particular, being publisher of The Berkshire Eagle has been my finest professional experience," said Andy Mick. Andy Mick will remain with New England Newspapers through March 31.
