Radiant Announces Suspension of Operations
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/21/12 -- Radiant Energy Corporation, (TSX VENTURE: RDT) ("Radiant") announced that it has been unable to secure the funding that is required to maintain normal operations, and as such, the Company is suspending operations at this time.
The suspension of operations will result in the Company being considered in default of its obligations under the terms of its Secured Debentures.
The Company has been informed that the officers and directors of the Company have resigned.
